In 2014 a Client building a new property in Fulking, West Sussex contacted Nicholls Boreholes to design, supply and install a Ground Source Heat Pump.  We installed a 30kW NIBE Heat Pump using 6 boreholes at 115 metres to supply both heating and hot water to the property.

As an MCS Accredited Installed, Nicholls were able to offer the Client the opportunity of claiming through the Government’s Domestic Renewable Heating Incentive (R.H.I.)

In October 2016, when the newly built pool house was ready, the Client requested Nicholls install a further heat pump.  We installed a NIBE 15kW using 3 boreholes at 125 metres.  The heat pump supplied space heating to the pool house and heating of the pool itself.  GSHP’s are the most efficient type of renewable heating – with 1kW of energy going into the system providing about 4kW of energy out of the system.

We are able to offer the Client an annual servicing agreement for both systems.

TESTIMONIAL:

“I am very pleased with the fantastic service provided by Nicholls Boreholes. Both the house and pool Ground Source Heat Pumps are working extremely well and saving me a considerable amount on my heating bills whilst also getting a rebate from the Government. In summary I am over the moon!’
