Tom is a key part of the team having come to work at Nicholls in 2014 as a Design Engineer and has been recently promoted to Projects Manager to enable us to offer our clients a superior service.
Chris joined us in August 2012 and is responsible for the Contractual side of the projects. His background is in Civil Engineering Construction in South Africa and has a N Dip.Civ.Eng. (Durban) which has been a great benefit to our continued growth.
Elodie joined Nicholls in March 2018 as Installations Co-ordinator responsible for scheduling and procurement of system parts. Elodie’s bubbly personality makes her a popular member of the team and excellent at customer liaison.
New to the team having joined in May 2018, Skye undertook the role of Design Engineer. Skye graduated from Plymouth University with a B.Eng Hons in Mechanical Engineering. His background is in the nuclear and wind industry. He has fitted into the team really well.
In July 2015 Jo started working as PA to Ben Nicholls and is responsible for a large proportion of the estimating process. Jo also performs the task of Office Manager for the whole team. Jo’s cheerful character has earnt her the name of “The Happiness & Well-being Department”!
Tim started working for Nicholls Boreholes in 2009 as a tool pusher and was soon promoted to Lead Driller and then Drilling Manager looking after all 4 of our drilling crews and in charge of onsite customer liaison.
Technical Installation Manager
Mark has been a key part of the company since 2005 having worked in different aspects of the company he now ensures that our systems are installed at the highest possible standards.
Rebecca has worked for Nicholls since 2008 as an Adminstrator and has been part of the continued expansion within the office supporting sales.
Emma joined the company in 2010 to help with the administrative function of the Borehole division and has played a key role in improving and modernising our processes.
Having joined Nicholls Boreholes in December 2012 to help with administrative duties, Charlotte now also co-ordinates the Servicing division and helps with marketing and the website.
Tracie joined our growing team in September 2018 to help with all areas of administration within the Borehole Division. Previously Tracie worked as Technology Technician for a Community College and has had a positive effect on our team.
Our 4 Drilling Crews are supported by our own transport division and fitter. Having completed over 1500 boreholes to date, our drillers have a vast experience in all geologies and delivering a safe, tidy and efficient service.
We currently operate 4 installation teams providing a variety of services for water boreholes and ground source heat pump systems.
