Objective
Working with our sister company, Nicholls Countryside Construction Ltd, who were undertaking extensive refurbishment works on the property, the Nicholls team wanted to provide the client with a renewable energy heating system to meet all of their heating and hot water requirements.
About the project
As part of the extensive refurbishment work the Nicholls team worked together to install the new GSHP system with boreholes and underfloor heating. As Nicholls are able to undertake all aspects of the installation from design to completion we were able to work within the building schedule and undertake each element in line with the project programme. Usually with this kind of installation, the boreholes are drilled early on, with the heat pump finally installed and commissioned towards the end of the project.
Our client will also benefit from a 7 year warranty from the Nicholls Servicing and Maintenance Team.
