Objective
The client was seeking a reliable, sustainable heating solution for their new high end London residential property that would significantly reduce their environmental impact whilst providing efficient, cost effective heating and hot water throughout the year. With growing concerns about rising energy costs and the environmental impact of conventional heating systems, they wanted to future proof their home with renewable technology that would deliver long term savings and contribute to a greener future for their family.
About the project
Nicholls Boreholes and Ground Source were commissioned to design, supply and install a comprehensive ground source heat pump system for this residential property in London. The 7 boreholes strategically positioned across the property were drilled to harness the earth’s natural stable temperature for efficient heat exchange.
Following the drilling operations, our specialist in house installation team proceeded with the GSHP installation, connecting the borehole array to a state of the art heat pump system.
The complete installation included all necessary pipework connecting borehole heads to the heat pump equipment, comprehensive system testing to ensure optimal performance and full commissioning of the heating and hot water system. Throughout the project, our team maintained the highest standards of professionalism and workmanship, ensuring the client received a reliable, efficient renewable heating solution that will provide sustainable comfort for many years to come.
