About the project
Nicholls were approached by the owners of a new build property who were project managing the construction themselves. Our clients are committed to sustainability. Using our experience Nicholls undertook the heat loss calculations for the building which required a 12kW Ground Source Heat Pump system supported by three 90m boreholes.
At Nicholls we manage every aspect of the GSHP installation in-house from borehole drilling, header works to installation and commissioning of the Heat Pump. This streamlined approach ensures high-quality workmanship and seamless coordination.
Nicholls Service and Maintenance team continue to support the system with an annual maintenance contract and emergency callout facility
