Commercial waterwell boreholes

As a specialist borehole drilling company we are experienced in supplying, fitting and maintaining commercial water boreholes for a wide range of commercial sites. Including individual companies to industrial parks and from hospitals to London’s Olympic Park. Our compact equipment helps to avoid disruption to other workers on your site. Your commercial water borehole will save money, provide a cleaner, ‘greener’ source of water and can add value to the property or site.

Commercial ground source heat pumps (GSHP)

We assess the area/location for the proposed system. We review the geology or may obtain a geological report to ascertain the viability of the project.  We may also use a more traditional method and dowse for water using a water diviner. After our initial site visit, our qualified, in house design team will assess your needs, design your project and undertake all your technical calculations and drawings. We can then supply you with a no-obligation estimate including a detailed analysis of how we would manage your project.  With our own staff and equipment we undertake the drilling and install all the necessary components, certify and hand over the project with a completion pack and annual service proposal.  We use some of the cleanest drilling techniques available and are leaders in technological development.

Commercial deep bore soakaways

Nicholls Boreholes & Ground Source is highly experienced, specialist drillers and installers of deep bore soakaways. These are used where traditional soakaways will not work and the cost of installing adequate traditional drainage is excessive. A borehole for a soakaway is constructed in a similar way to a waterwell borehole and we drill and install the soakway boreholes using British Standard casing.

As well as having extensive experience of creating soakaways in a wide variety of geological conditions, Nicholls Boreholes & Ground Source provides a unique end-to-end service, from the initial survey to the final testing of the soakaway, including all relevant health and safety information and requirements. Once your project is completed we also offer an annual service agreement for complete peace of mind.
