Objective
As part of major renovation works on their large property in Surrey, our client wanted to move away from gas central heating to a more sustainable solution.
About the project
The Nicholls team were able to undertake the GSHP design for the property and assess the geological conditions below the site, where we had previously installed a system locally. Using our experience we established that the 44Kw GSHP required 8 120 metre boreholes.
The Nicholls Team undertook all aspects of the installation from the initial site surveys and drilling, all the way through to the client handover.
The client benefits from a 7 year warranty and ongoing service contract with the Nicholls Service and Maintenance team for total peace of mind.
