Objective
Nicholls Boreholes were selected to design, supply and install a 11kW Vaillant heat pump system into an exciting brand-new build; with the living area above ground and the bedrooms in the basement.
About the project
The experienced Nicholls drilling team installed 2 boreholes to a depth of 125 metres in the garden. The heat pump supplies all heating and hot water requirements.
As an MCS Accredited Installer, Nicholls designed, supplied and certified the system with the Client benefitting from the Domestic Renewable Heating Incentive (RHI) feed-in tariff and receiving substantial quarterly payments over 7 years from the Government.
As a Vaillant approved installer, the client has peace of mind with annual servicing from Nicholls Service and Maintenance Department, together with a 7 year parts and labour warranty on the system.
